Our company is seeking Wire Harness Assemblers to join our team. We are looking for dedicated individuals who always show up for work on time and who thrive in a team-oriented environment
Responsibilities:
Assembling wire harnesses: This involves connecting wires, crimping terminals, soldering connections, and applying heat shrink tubing, labels, and other materials.
Following instructions: Adhering to standard work instructions, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and bill of materials.
Quality Control: Ensure safety policies, quality standards, and standard operating procedures are followed.
Reading and interpreting documentation: Understanding blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents related to the assembly process.
Using tools: Using a variety of hand tools and equipment, such as crimping tools, wire strippers, and soldering irons.
Repairing harnesses: Repairing damaged harnesses or components.
Lean Manufacturing: Learn to identify waste and participate in team continuous improvement projects.
Adaptable: Ability to adjust to changing priorities. Open to learning new skills and handling unexpected challenges. Be part of a team, willing to pitch in where needed and coachable.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Prior experience in wire harness assembly or similar work is often preferred, but not necessary.
Basic Skills: Dexterity, hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions precisely are important. The ability to sit/stand for long periods, bend and twist, and lift up to 40 lbs. is required.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of electrical wiring, crimping techniques, soldering, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams can be beneficial.
Problem-Solving: The ability to identify and troubleshoot problems during the assembly process is a plus. Lean manufacturing training is highly sought.
What we offer:
Schedule: 4-day work week! Our schedule consists of 4 -ten hour shifts. Full time positions are Monday – Thursday 5:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Facility: Work environment is clean, quiet and climate controlled.
Pay: $16 – $22/hour depending upon experience.

Job Summary:
As the Junior Purchasing Agent, you will be responsible for sourcing equipment, goods and services and managing vendors. The successful candidate will be able to perform strategic procurement activities across multiple categories of spend, search for cost savings, and develop new supplier relations. A strong interest in international sourcing is paramount to the success of this role.
